Venue Setup Types
Venue Setup Types identify all the ways in which a venue or location can be set up or arranged for a function. Not all of the venues or locations will be able to accommodate all of these setup types. At this point, you just want to list every possible setup type. Later, when you create venue and locations, you will be able to choose which of these setup types actually apply.
1.
Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro Planner’s main menu.

Select Venue Setup Types from the drop-down list in the upper left corner.
3.
Click the New button to the right.
4.
The Venue Setup Type [New] window appears.
5.
Enter a Setup Type, e.g.Banquet, Classroom, Rodeo, U Shape, etc.
