NOTE: This is Technical Information intended for users with IT expertise.
In EventPro Planner you will need to set up how the application will communicate with Attendee Online.
From EventPro Planner's main menu, select Setup | System Settings.
In the System Settings screen, click on the Online Registrations tab. In the Online Registrations tab, you will set up the connection to the online module so that information can be uploaded and downloaded from your registration website.

Settings:
a.
Enter the Website URL of the online module.
i.
Installation as a Service: This will begin with HTTP:// and end in: “:XXXX”, where XXXX is the open port that the server is listening to. Example: HTTP://www.eventproplanner.net:8080. The port is not required if it is set to port 80. For more information about the URL format and additional URL parameters that allow you to bypass the login screens, see URL Format and Parameters.
ii.
Installation as an ISAPI DLL: http://<server>/<virtual folder>/EplannerReg.dll. To learn how to use the ISAPI manager to manage your ISAPI DLL through the web browser instead of through IIS, see ISAPI Manager.
b.
Clicking the Website button will open a browser and load the page.
c.
There are two Transfer Methods to select from in the drop-down list: File Copy or FTP. Select the transfer method based on where your web module is running. The transfer method will depend on your Network Configuration. Review Network Configuration.

File Copy Settings :
a.
Enter the name of the Copy To Folder.

FTP Settings:
a.
If you choose FTP as the Transfer Method, do not enter any information into the Copy To Folder.
b.
The information for the other fields, such as Host, Username, Password, etc., come from your FTP account information. Contact your IT department for this information.
Remember, if you make any changes you want to keep, ensure that you click the Save button. Clicking Cancel will revert to the previously saved settings.
