Step 1: System Settings
System Settings allow you to change certain attributes of the software, customize its appearance and define some program defaults. Default settings are designed to minimize data entry, save time and reduce errors. All defaults may easily be overridden later, if the user is authorized to do so.
Before you start setting up EventPro Planner, remember to select the correct database. Consult Login and Choose Database above.

From EventPro Planner’s main menu, select Setup | System Settings.

The System Settings screen appears, displaying a series of tabs: Events, Contacts, Reports, Logo, Accounting, Budgeting, Audit Log, Online Registrations and General.

If you make any changes in System Settings, ensure that you click the Save button.

If you do not want to save the changes you made and want to revert to the previously saved settings, click Cancel.
