This tool opens a window that allows EventPro Planner Support to access your data for troubleshooting purposes.

 

NOTE: Run SQL should only be used by SQL experts or under the supervision of EventPro Planner Support.

CAUTION! Ensure that you have backup from technical support before using this tool.

 

Remember that only customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan (UPP) can access Support.  There are many benefits available with the annual UPP; refer to Technical Support above.
