With the Master Inventory module, EventPro Planner can perform extensive conflict checking across multiple events to ensure that you have enough resources for all of your events.

You will only see the Resource Usage tab if you have the Master Inventory module.

If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Master Inventory module, contact your nearest EventPro Planner Sales Department.

How Did These Resources Get Here?

You set up your resources earlier in Chapter 2: Setting Up EventPro Planner, Step 10: Resources.

You then added resources to Event Setup in Chapter 5: Set Up an Event, Organization Setup: Resources.

Now, when you assign resources to the functions in an event, the Resource Usage tab will keep track of the resources.

View Resources under Resource Usage Tab

Under the Resource Usage tab, you can edit and view resource items assigned to functions, and check for conflicts.

To edit or view an item, select the resource from the top selection grid and click the Edit or View button.  To learn how to fill out the fields in the [Edit] window, see the instructions below under Add Resources to Functions.

Check for Conflicts

To check for conflicts, select the resource in the top selection grid and choose the function in the bottom selection grid.  Click the Conflicts button.  The Resource Conflict window appears.  The Resource Conflict window will either indicate that there are No Conflicts Found or there are Resource Conflicts.

If there are No Conflicts Found, simply click the Accept Current Quantity button to close the window.
