| 1. | You can add a prefix and/or suffix to any DB Text Field. For example, instead of using Labels to define every database field, you could use a prefix or suffix to explain the values that appear in the report. |
| 2. | Right-click the field and select Text Prefix or Text Suffix. Type the prefix or suffix in the Text Prefix or Text Suffix dialog and click OK. The prefix/suffix will now appear before/after every result in that database field. |
