Multi-Add Registration Groups

1.In the Exhibitors | View Exhibitors tab, click on the Exhibitor List View sub-tab.
2.You will be able to add registration groups simultaneously to selected exhibitors or all exhibitors visible in the selection grid.
a.Multi-select the exhibitors you want to register in the same group(s) or set a filter to limit the number of exhibitors visible in the selection grid.
b.If you want to register all exhibitors, you do not have to select or filter any.
3.Click the Detail Options button and select Multi-Add.

4.In the dialog, choose whether you want the registration group(s) to apply to Selected Exhibitors or All (Filtered) Exhibitors and click OK.
5.In the next dialog, choose whether you want to Abort Auto Add if the Registration Limits Exceeded.  Click Yes or No.
6.The Registration Item Selection window appears.  Enter the Date Booked and select the registration group(s) in which these exhibitors will be registered, following the instructions at Register Exhibitors above.
7.Click Save.
8.If you chose Yes to Abort Auto Add above, and have exceeded the maximum attendance for the registration group, an Error dialog will appear.  Click OK to return to the Registration Item Selection window.  Make different selections that will not exceed the maximum limits, or cancel the registration process.  Remember that you can choose No in the Abort Auto Add dialog above if you do not want to stop registration when exceeding the maximum attendance.
