Letter/Label Templates Overview

You can create general Letter and Label Templates in EventPro Planner’s setup area.  Later, you can assign general letter templates to a specific event, or create custom templates within the event.  See Chapter 5: Set Up an Event, Letter Template Setup.

EventPro Planner’s built-in word processor is ideal for creating all of the documents you need to manage events and communicate with customers and business associates. To save time, reduce errors and increase efficiency, you can create templates for all of your frequently used documents, which can then be personalized for individual recipients.

You can also add merge fields to your templates so that EventPro Planner automatically inserts names, addresses, event names, locations, dates and much more.  You only need to type out the letter or label once and save it as a template.  When you use the letter or label template in a mail merge, EventPro Planner will automatically pull the information for each recipient into the merge fields.

There is no limit to the variety of letters and labels you can create with EventPro Planner.  For example, you can use letter templates to create standard documents such as: Client Feedback Forms, Attendee Invitations, Invoice Reminders, Thank You Notes, Lease Agreements, Client Contracts, Registration Forms and more.  Label templates can be used to create documents that are printed in multiples per page on specialty paper, such as Mailing/Address Labels, Name Badges, File Folder Labels, CD/DVD Labels, Tent Cards, Note Cards, Envelopes, Business Cards and more.
