The new Attendee Online Module has all the functionality of the previous Attendee Online, plus more.  As with the previous version, Version 3 displays selected EventPro Planner events online and allows invitees to enter their contact information, choose registration functions, record guests, and pay online. Added features in the new version allow attendees to select accommodation reservations, travel arrangements, and requirements.

Attendee Online Version 3 is a completely new and separate product from Attendee Online Version 2 (not an update), with a new set of system requirements. Installing Version 3 does not uninstall or overwrite Version 2. If you are upgrading from Version 2 to Version 3, you need to first uninstall Attendee Online Version 2 before installing the new Version 3.  Please see Installing Attendee Online V3. You also need to update EventPro Planner to Version 2.4.2.540 or newer. See Chapter 1: Overview, Install EventPro Planner, Update a Previous Version of Standard or Enterprise.

If you have newly purchased Attendee Online, we recommend you install it with assistance from Support. If you have not yet scheduled an installation appointment, please contact Support.
