To install Attendee Online, go to the EventPro Planner website and log into Support. In the User Support area, click on the Downloads tab. Click on the Online Registration Module link (you may need to scroll down the page). In the File Download dialog, click on Save and save the EPRSetup.exe file to your desktop or the location where you want to store the file. After the file is downloaded, locate it and double click to begin installation. Follow the prompts to install the Online Registration Module.

The Installation Wizard begins. Click Next.

Select a radio button to accept the License Agreement and click Next.

Click the Instructions button to open a document of detailed instructions. Print these instructions for future reference. Click Next.

Select radio button to install as a New Installation.

Attendee Online can be installed as the Standard Edition (MS-Access) or the Enterprise Edition (MS-SQL). The installation for both editions is essentially the same, except for the creation of the MS-SQL database in the Enterprise edition and some entries in the server configuration file, explained later in the Server Configuration section of this document. If you ever need to change between the two editions you will just need to modify how the data is connected in the configuration file.
Select a radio button to indicate whether you want to install the Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition.

Standard:

The installation wizard will display the Application Folder in which Attendee Online will be placed. To change the folder, click the Browse button and enter or find the new folder. When you have the correct application folder selected, click Next.
ii.
Review the Summary and click Next to begin installation.
iii.
When the installation is complete, click Finish.
b.
Enterprise:
i.
The installation wizard will display the Application Folder in which Attendee Online will be placed. To change the folder, click the Browse button and enter or find the new folder. When you have the correct application folder selected, click Next.
ii.
Enter the correct values in the SQL Server, Username, Password and Database fields to connect to the SQLServer. Click Next.
iii.
Click Next to begin installation.
iv.
When the installation is complete, click Finish.
Attendee Online can be loaded as a stand alone server application or as a service. Both are installed in the “Bin” sub-folder of the main installation folder. Start menu items are created in the “EventPro Planner Attendee Online” menu that allows you to run Attendee Online as an application or install it as a service. There is also an option to that will allow you to uninstall it from the installed services.
