If you install Attendee Online as a service, after the service has been loaded you can change the service settings in the Services window in the Administrative Tools of Windows.  From here, you can determine whether you want Attendee Online to load automatically when windows starts or if you want to load it manually each time.

The service will be called EPlannerReg and will initialize as stopped. You will have to start it manually the first time or restart the machine to automatically start it.

Uninstalling the service will mark it for uninstalling, and you will have to restart the machine to completely remove it.
