Run a Function

NOTE: This is Technical Information intended for users with IT expertise.

All the functions are run internally by the main EventPro Planner application when sending commands to Attendee Online. They take the format of:

?RUN&EVENTCODE=<Event Code>&PASSWORD=<Password>&FUNCTION=<Function>

The different functions that are performed through the run command are:

Description

UPLOADEVENT

Tells Attendee Online to upload the event from the files supplied in the transfer folder.

DOWNLOADATTENDEES

Tells Attendee Online to store the registrations it has acquired to the transfer folder.

UPLOADATTENDEES

Tells Attendee Online to load the registrations from the files supplied in the transfer folder.

OPENEVENT

Tells Attendee Online to set the specified event as open or unlocked.

Tells Attendee Online to set the specified event as closed or locked.
