This view lists all of the functions in the event in chronological order.

The grid will only show the functions scheduled for the date displayed in the drop-down above. If you want to see the functions scheduled for all days of the event, select the Show All Days checkbox.

The date drop-down list and the horizontal arrows on either side allow you to select other days in your event.

You can Search the records in the selection grid.  Click on the heading under which you want to search (Function, Location Name, etc.) and type the beginning of the item you are searching for into the Search box.  The first record that matches your search will be highlighted.

Select a function in the top grid, and add, edit or view its Resources, Attendee Assignments, Function Itinerary, and Function Attendees in the corresponding tabs below.
