Exhibitor Attendees
Exhibitor attendees are attendees of the event who are assigned to an exhibitor company. Typically, exhibitor attendees are the individuals who operate a booth as representatives of the exhibitor company.
Remember that you can view all exhibitor attendees in the event using the View Exhibitor Attendees tab, described above in Exhibitors Overview.
To enter a completely new attendee to this exhibitor, click the New button.

The Exhibitor Attendee [New] window appears. This is very similar to the Attendee [New] window, which is described in Chapter 8: Manage Attendees, Enter a Single Attendee.

If the exhibitor attendee is already in your database as a contact, you do not have to duplicate the information.
a.
If you click the Select/Link to Company Contacts button, you can choose any contact from your Companies/Contacts database. The Find CONTACT window appears. Select the relevant contact and click OK.
b.
If you click the Select/Link to Exhibitor Contacts button, you can search for and choose a contact from the current Exhibitor (company). Again, in the Find CONTACT window, select the relevant contact and click OK.

If you select an existing contact, the fields will default to the information stored in your database for this contact. You can add other information or change the default information as necessary.

If you need to create an entirely new attendee in the Exhibitor Attendee [New] window, you can follow the instructions in Chapter 8: Manage Attendees, Enter a Single Attendee to review how to fill out the various fields. Note that the Exhibitor classification checkbox will be selected.

When you have entered as much information as you require for the exhibitor attendee, click the Save button in the bottom right corner.

If this exhibitor is also a contact and you have made changes in this window, you can save those changes to the contact in your Companies/Contacts database as well by clicking the Save & Update Contact button.

The exhibitor attendees will appear both in the Exhibitor Attendees tab at the bottom of the ViewExhibitors tab and in the Attendees |View Attendees tab, along with regular attendees. Also note that any communications attached to the exhibitor attendee will appear in the Attendee's Communications tab in the Attendees area, as well as the related Exhibitor's Communications tab in the Exhibitor area.

In the Attendees | View Attendees tab, the exhibitor attendees will have an Exhibitor flag, indicating that they are exhibitor attendees for an exhibitor company.

Note that if you change the status of an Exhibitor company to a “Cancelled” type, its Exhibitor Attendees will also be set to a status of “Cancelled”.
In the Exhibitor Attendees tab, click on the Attendee you want to set as the Main Exhibitor Attendee.

Click the Set as Main button to the right.

The Classification | Exhibitor checkbox for that exhibitor attendee will now be highlighted in a brighter aqua blue. The other exhibitor attendees will still be highlighted in the darker blue.
In the Exhibitor Attendees tab, click the Print button to the right of the selection grid.
