Event Setup Wizard

1.After you finish creating a booking, following the steps under Create an Event, the Event Setup Wizard may appear, depending on your Booking Calendar Preferences.  Check your Preferences to see whether you choose Always, Prompt or Never for the Event Setup Wizard Option. Review the instructions in Booking Calendar Overview.
a.If you chose Always, you will go directly to the first page of the wizard.
b.If you chose Prompt, a Confirm dialog will ask whether you want to run the wizard; select Yes to continue to the wizard.
c.If you chose Never, the setup wizard will not appear and your booking will be completed.
2.If you run the Event Setup Wizard, you can set up as many elements of the event as you want at this point.  You do not have to set up all the items in your event right now.  Fill in as much, if any, information, as you want for now, and click Next to skip to the next page of the wizard.  You can later go to the setup area in the Event Maintenance screen to add to and edit your setup as necessary.
3.The Event Setup Wizard will guide you through several areas of setup.  Whether you set up your event from the wizard or the Event Maintenance screen, the process will be very similar.  Therefore, the instructions below will direct you to the correct area of the manual in Chapter 5: Set Up an Event.

4.When you have filled in as much information as you want in the Event Setup Wizard, click Finish.
5.Your new event will be added to the Booking Calendar.
