| 1. | To edit multiple attendees, find the attendees in a list-view under the Attendees | View Attendees tab, e.g. All or one of the sub-tabs generated by the attendee types added to this event. |
| 2. | You can edit all of the attendees in the view or you can limit the number of attendees: |
| a. | Multi-Select: Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the attendees you want to edit. A red dot will appear in the far left column of each selected record, and a dot and arrow will appear next to the last-selected record. You will now be able to edit only these selected attendees. |
| b. | Filter: Set a filter so that only the attendees you want to edit appear in the selection grid. For example, if you only want to edit attendees of the status “Confirmed”, set a filter so that only those attendees appear. To review how to set a filter, see Chapter 1: Overview, Common Functions: Filter Information above. |
| 3. | After you have selected or filtered attendees as required, click the Detail Options button to the right of the selection grid and select Multi-Edit. |

| 4. | In the Event Attendee Multi-Edit window, make your changes as required. Remember that this will edit the information for all of the selected attendees. |
| 5. | When you are done click Save. |
| 6. | In the Attendee Multi-Edit dialog, choose whether you want to apply the changes to Selected Attendees or All (Filtered) Attendees (all attendees visible in the selection grid after you set the filter) and click OK. |
| 7. | The next Confirm dialog will ask whether you want to update all linked Company Contacts. Click Yes to update company contacts in the Company/Contact database with the new information or click No if you only want the changes to apply to the attendees in this event. |
| 8. | In the Event Recalculate dialog, choose whether you want to Include Attendees or Exclude Attendees in the event recalculation. Click OK. |
