Action Lists

You can also run Action list reports from a variety of places in EventPro Planner.  The report will list all Actions visible in the selection grid in that order, displaying the Status, Subject, Type, Start and End Date/Time, Booking Number, Assigned To and Completion information for each.

1.Event Actions: In the Actions tab of the Event Maintenance screen, adjust the Filter and viewing options to your preference.  Click the Print button to the right of the selection grid.
2.Attendee Actions: In the Event Maintenance screen, find the associated attendee in the Attendees | View Attendees tab and click the Actions tab in the bottom section of the screen.  Use the toggle button to View All or View Mine.  Click the Print button to the right of the Actions selection grid.
3.Exhibitors Actions: In the Event Maintenance screen, find the associated exhibitor in the Exhibitors | View Exhibitors tab and click the Actions tab in the bottom section of the screen.  Use the toggle button to View All or View Mine.  Click the Print button to the right of the Actions selection grid.
4.Companies/Contacts Actions: In the Companies/Contacts screen, find or select the relevant company or contact.   Click the Actions tab in the lower section of the screen and use the toggle button to View All or View Mine.  Click the Print button to the right of the selection grid.
5.All Actions: Access the Actions screen by clicking the Actions button along the top of the EventPro Planner screen.  Adjust the Filter and viewing options to your preference.  Click the Print button to the right of the selection grid.
